I’m Anna. Yoga teacher and writer, living in Perth, Australia.

I adore yoga, so I practice it, teach it, talk about it and write about it. I teach Hatha Flow classes that emphasise the connection between body and breath and my aim is to help people achieve greater levels of awareness, happiness and wellbeing through the beautiful life science of yoga.
